This is the registration form. It allows users to join, they won't get access to anything once the do register but you can make them go through registration workflows.

You can turn off registration, so that you have a closed system or so users have to join via a subscription. You can add custom fields here, up to 18 different fields such as checkboxes, dropdowns and just plain text.
